I took a favourite skirt with me and Susan and the team at Yaly copied it brilliantly so I had two made!! The service was amazing - our small group had dresses and skirts designed, made and delivered free to our hotel in 12 hours, same day service!!

Nov 2024 • Couples My partner and I tailored our wedding outfits with Yaly couture. For him, the suit was done in 24h, super fast under the guidance of Erin, a lovely sales assistant! For me, I chose Yaly couture as they had experience with lace and could help with my dress. I was helped by the amazing Nina, who helped to bring my vision to life. It took 4 days of hard work for the ladies there and I ended up with the dress I was after to the T!! So thank you ladies!! I definitively recommend this place as they try as hard as they can to make you happy!

I bought x3 taylor made & measured suits of high quality for a good price. Jessica provided an excellent service advising material, colours & style. The suits were adjusted the next day for an exact fitting and were delivered to my hotel. An excellent service, would highly recommend!

Great tailoring experience The service from Nina was second to none. I had 2 linen jackets, a double breasted jacket, 3 pairs of pants and a suit made. Nothing was ever too much trouble with the many fittings. Would highly recommend Nina. The quality is excellent. The real test will be in 6 months time with wear. I will write an update then. Although the price may be a bit higher than other tailors in Hoi an, I would still recommend Yaly because of the excellent service and quality.

A great experience at Yaly Couture! Never having been to a tailor previously, we weren't quite sure what to expect in visiting a tailor for the first time - we were keen, however, to follow the 'usual practice' of having some clothing made when visiting Hoi An. After an experience the day before of being 'encouraged/hassled' in the market area to get clothes made, walking into the calm atmosphere of Yaly Couture was a delightful experience! The quality and range of materials was spectacular and the helpful, friendly and professional advice of our tailors/advisors, Grace and Summer, was excellent. An initial fitting the next day followed by a final fitting the following day ensured that we were completely happy with all aspects of our garments. For the high quality service and products we received, we thought the prices were extremely reasonable. We will definitely go back to Yaly Couture the next time we visit Hoi An! Gen and Monica

Amazing Service and Products I recently went to Yale Couture after doing extensive reviews online about women's tailor shops in Hoi Anh. And the reviews were not wrong. I had a dress I had in mind and sent them ahead of time to see if they could make it, which they said they could. Once arriving, I worked with Nina who was exceptional in making sure that the dress was what I envisioned - from the style to the fabric to the fit. I also ended up getting another dress that they had in the store, but custom made to my measurements. I had two fittings and both dresses were turned around in ~48 hours. I recently wore one of them out to a fancy dinner and got many compliments. I would go back and work with Nina in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend. The staff is very experienced. Seems like they can make just about anything you might want. My wife got two beautiful dresses and I got two shirts -- custom tailored. Great value. Liked that we didn't have to haggle on the prices. PRO TIP: 1. Save time at the store by already deciding what kinds of clothes you want made beforehand. Come with example pictures. Then you are just picking out fabrics and getting measured. 2. Put this as the first to-do on your trip to allow time for a second fitting visit, and then delivery of the finished product to your hotel a day or two later.

I chose this tailor because of the wide range of fabrics that were more showy and dramatic. They were happy to make a woman a 3-piece suit with 2 shirts and made me feel awesome. Would buy again 100%

Wish I could spend a day there! Yaly is overwhelming with the selection of fabrics, patterns and ready to wear options. You should have an idea what you want before going there although there is much inspiration with the samples and clothes available for sale. They will guide you if you choose an inappropriate fabric for a style and make recommendations if you describe what you’re looking for. The seamstresses are located there so they can turn around an outfit in 1 -2 days or less. It is quite an experience to have something made there. Highly recommend.

Emily our tailor was patient, not pushy, and gave us valuable advice to create several suits, blazers, business shirts and shorts; with a perfect fit after just two quick fittings. The material selection is vast and extremely good quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Yaly to all tourists looking for high end, quality custom tailoring with genuine friendly service. We will be straight back next Hoi An visit!

Exceptional experience and beautiful clothes Arrived in Hoi An with the idea of maybe a suit, left with suits, casual clothes, work outfit and leisure wear! Staff and professional, quietly spoken, knowledgeable and helpful. Staff presentation must be acknowledged ... they wear a theme colour each day and are impeccably dressed. The place can get crazy busy but not stressful and strangely not noisy!! Huge range of fabrics to choose from plus pre made styles, catalogues to flick through and will discuss ideas with you! The end result is a case of beautifully tailored clothes to take back to Australia!

Was my second visit to the place (last was in 2017) and 3rd for my husband. We didn’t even try any other place, as they do a great job every single time. The staff is well trained in every aspect, be it taking the perfect measurements or helping in deciding on the fabric/designs. Any no. of alterations are done with a smiling face. I was very impressed by the whole experience and the professionalism of the staff who know exactly how to support you and advise if necessary. The quality of the materials together with a very wide choice of colours means you can have exactly what you want at a reasonable price.

Recommended by our local Vietnamese guide & first tailoring experience was such a pleasure. Visited the store in HoiAn old town. Each person is given their own assistant and they literally will make anything. My daughter saw a couple of dresses and they mixed & matched the various elements she liked/disliked, she chose the fabric and they created a dress for her. Went back the following day for a fitting with a few tweaks needed, and they delivered to our hotel. A great service and they were very attentive. Bought a couple of dresses and were around £50-70 which was good value for a made to measure outfits. The store was busy, and there are so many catalogues and fabric roles to look through if unsure. The staff also help with matching for skin tone etc Would recommend taking your favourite item of clothing and they will literally copy it for you, or alternatively go armed with some pictures online (they give you free wifi so you can search to show them) and they will whip up an outfit in no time. Shop has air con, free water, changing rooms, sofas to browse catalogues, and loads of fabric rolls.

Had a 3-piece suit custom made here. Albeit pricier (as it is more well-known), the suit was exquisite, and surprisingly quick. Had the measurements done in the morning near noon, several fittings in the evening (walked around the Hoi An old town while waiting), and was able to pick up the suit at night on the same day! Miley was the sales staff in charge and she was bubbly, efficient, and offered valued recommendations.

So pleased with the quality and service! I went to a couple of other tailors, and they said they couldn’t do my design in time. Yaly did not hesitate - I was able to do 2 fittings, and they even delivered my outfit late at night to us out of the way villa! Great fit, amazing service 🌟

If you want to wear a good quality suit, be sure to visit this place. My boyfriend ordered me 2 linen suits, 1 wool+cashmere+cotton blend suit, and a linen shirt, but I don't think it would have been possible in Korea for this kind of fabric and price. The second order was the day before I left for Korea, and I was very surprised at the quick production speed of this place as I was able to receive two sets in the same evening. Just because it's fast doesn't mean the quality decreases at all. Ms. I really appreciated Rita's friendly and professional response. I think it's truly the best among Hoi An's tailor shops.

This was my first time making clothes to order. I brought my favorite clothes from Japan and asked them to make them exactly like this one. I was given a designated area for the fabric to choose from and was instructed to choose from there, so it didn't take long to choose the fabric. It was completed the next day, I made some adjustments, and had it delivered to my hotel. I thought it might be expensive since it was about 8,000 yen per piece, but I realized it wasn't that expensive considering that it was made with the fabric of my choice. When I went to pick up the finished clothes the next day, I was surprised to see so many Western customers. She was trying on what appeared to be a dress for a party. It was very nice.

I had a maxi dress tailored based of a photo on Pinterest. The tailor that advised me, Cindy, was incredibly friendly and talked me through numerous options and styles. She ended up even enabling me to be able to tie the dress as halterneck and straps which I hadn’t been able to decide between! My boyfriend had a beautiful suit made as well. Yaly is the best place to go for custom pieces in Vietnam. We went to their large, 2-story location. I got a jumpsuit and a dress made. They also handle shipping which is very convenient. It was very impressive to me how flexible, fast, and accommodating they are. I went with a friend who had additional custom pieces and shoes made in our second and third fittings, and Yaly was able to get those additional pieces made for a fitting that same day. Overall I am incredibly impressed by the speed, craftsmanship, and professionalism of the team at Yaly!

Turnaround was very fast and we had multiple fitting sessions within just a few days. Overall very satisfied and would return again in future when we visit Hoi An.

Your one stop shop for all your tailoring needs. Some other shops are more specialized and worth checking out if you have something very specific in mind but Yaly is a reliable place that is able to bring various styles to life. A good place if you're going with your significant other and wish to have a suit and dress made in the same place. They also make great shoes, which have lasted me since I first visited them 6 years ago. I want to give special thanks to Nina our last visit. We were very demanding, yet Nina did a great job at accommodating us. Everything turned out well and we couldn't be happier.

Had two shirts (for me) and a dress for my girlfriend made here. You really get (far more than) what you pay for. Perhaps more expensive than the average tailor, Yaly own multiple shops specialising in suits, dresses, leather and just about everything else. They're so good they even have their own fashion show. We tried a number of tailors in Hoi An. Natasha at Yaly's was more proactive and professional than any of the others. She would suggest changes and give professional opinions that we really felt we could trust. The turn around time was short and the quality of craftsmanship feels high (will update after a few months). Though more expensive, we think this is a tailor you can really trust. My girlfriend chose a relatively complex design from merging different references photos together, and the tram smashed it. The fitting sessions here aren't just "tell me what you don't like about this", but the team of tailors and actively making suggestions and changes for you to make the item fit well. We needed 3ish fittings. 3 days to be safe, 2 is possible. Natasha also cut and stitched a beautiful pocket square from the same material as the dress for us for free which was a lovely touch. Again - you get what you pay for, if you have anything complex or that you really want done well, this is the place. PS. Some places asked for us to leave a review, this place did NOT. But our experience was just great!
